Where your things go

We're fully insured for goods in transit and public liability, so your belongings are covered while they're with us. Anything you leave behind is handled by our clearance side: around 98% is kept out of landfill through donation to charities like Phyllis Tuckwell, the British Heart Foundation and Sue Ryder, or recycling.
