How it works

1. Initial contact

   An executor, family member or solicitor gets in touch with details of the property and timescale.

2. Viewing and quote

   Miles visits the property, or works from photos if the keys are held elsewhere, and provides a fixed quote.

3. Sorting and setting aside

   Before anything is cleared, paperwork and sentimental items are set aside for the family to go through.

4. Clearance

   The rest of the property is cleared and left clean, ready for the next stage of the probate process.
