House Clearance Across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire
Clearing a house is a big job, whether you're emptying a rental between tenants, sorting a relative's home, or just getting rid of years of accumulated stuff. Clear Conscience handles the whole thing, from a single room to a full house, top to bottom.
Miles set this business up after two years clearing houses for the British Heart Foundation, the UK's biggest charity, so he's seen pretty much everything that can be in a house and knows how to deal with it properly.
We work across Farnham, Guildford, Godalming, Haslemere, Alton, Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet, Basingstoke, Woking, Camberley and the villages in between.
For smaller loads, like a sofa or a garden clear-out, our rubbish removal service is a better fit.

How it works
Free viewing
Miles comes out and has a look round, or you can send photos if that's easier. No charge, no pressure.

You get one price for the whole job, with nothing hidden and nothing added later.
Clearance day
We turn up when we say we will and get on with it, working around anything you want kept back.
Clean finish
The property is left swept and tidy, ready to hand back, sell or let.
Where your things go
We're a registered waste carrier, licence CBDU565714, and fully insured for goods in transit and public liability. About 98% of what we collect is kept out of landfill, through donation, recycling or passing items on to someone who needs them.
We've raised over £20,000 for Phyllis Tuckwell and over £10,000 for the British Heart Foundation through items from clearances, and we also pass items on to Sue Ryder.
Questions people ask
How quickly can you clear a house?
Often within a few days of the viewing, sometimes the same week. Get in touch and we'll tell you what's realistic.
Do I need to be there on the day?
Not necessarily. Plenty of customers hand over a key and leave us to it, especially if they live further away.
What if there's a mix of rubbish and good items?
That's normal and exactly what we're set up for. We sort as we clear, so usable items go to charity and the rest is disposed of responsibly.
Can you clear just part of a house?
Yes, a single room, a loft, or everything, whatever you need.
Do you give a written quote?
Yes, a clear price after the viewing, with no hidden costs added on the day.
